1. Who is responsible for AsterGrid

Dante Cogliandro is the developer and controller of personal data received through support. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email towerbridge28@gmail.com.

2. Data stored in the app

AsterGrid stores your current game, placed symbols, notes, move history, play time, mistakes, hints, stars, completed stages and preferences on your device. A second local copy protects the latest valid save. This information lets you resume a game and retain your progress.

This data is not sent to the developer. The app does not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone and does not use advertising identifiers. There is no dedicated iCloud sync between devices.

3. Retention and deletion of local data

Game data remains on your device until you choose “Delete Game and Progress” in Information or delete the app. The in-app command also removes the recovery copy and local history and cannot be undone. The iOS “Offload App” feature may instead preserve documents and data.

iCloud or device backups and restores depend on your Apple settings. The developer cannot access or delete these backups or directly recover your game. Use your device settings to manage them.

4. When you contact support

If you email support, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them only to handle your request, resolve the issue and communicate with you, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Never attach passwords or sensitive data. AsterGrid does not automatically attach saved games or diagnostics.

Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or where necessary to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. You may request deletion using the contact above. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

Email is handled through Gmail, a Google service. The provider’s infrastructure may process data outside your country under its applicable safeguards and terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. We have not added analytics, advertising cookies, data-collection forms or third-party scripts. To deliver and protect these pages, Cloudflare infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address and HTTP request data. Retention and any international transfers depend on the service settings and terms. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

6. Apple services

The App Store, payments for any paid download, backups and system diagnostics are handled by Apple according to your settings and Apple’s Privacy Policy. Diagnostic reports shared through Apple services may be used to improve stability and operation, not for advertising profiles.

7. Your rights

Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data you sent us, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. The developer has no copy of game data stored only on your device, which you can manage directly in the app.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated if features or data-handling practices change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
